Position: Part-Time Assistant Manager - Commercial Cleaning

Location: Novi, Michigan

Position Overview: As a Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial roll in supporting our Account Manager in overseeing day to day operations, training new employees, and filling in at different locations as needed. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining high cleaning standards.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6pm to 12am

Pay: $17/hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

Requirements:

Must be 18 yrs or older
Willing to undergo a background check
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to lift, push or pull from 10 to 50 lbs
Driving required during shift (visiting different locations in the Novi area)
Attend occasional office meetings in Commerce, Michigan

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the cleaning industry or a related field is preferred.
Previous leadership or supervisory expericence preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, supplies, and tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, cleaning staff, and management.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

*Must be able to work all 5 days, Monday-Friday! No Holidays or Weekends required!*

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
