Mercedes-Benz Rive Sud est à la recherche d’un Directeur Commercial, Spécialiste des services financiers (F&I) expérimenté pour se joindre à notre équipe! Ce rôle exige un candidat qui peut atteindre les attentes de croissance des ventes et des revenus que ressent actuellement la concession et de fournir un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle! Le Directeur Commercial (F&I) vendra et fournira des programmes de financement et des produits d’assurance à ses clients tout en maintenant des relations axées sur à dépasser les attentes des clients. Le Directeur Commercial (F&I) fournira des solutions de services financiers à ses clients en accédant à leur réseau de prêteurs et d’institutions financières.

Vos principales responsabilités
- Conseiller, guider et accompagner la clientèle dans le processus d’approbation de crédit en plus de proposer des produits de protection et financiers
- Atteindre, voire dépasser les objectifs de vente en vendant des produits de protection tels que des forfaits de protection, garanties prolongées, assurance vie et accident/santé et ensembles de protection de l’environnement
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience à des fonctions similaires ou formation pertinente;
- Connaissances du système Era-Ignite (un atout important);
- Possession d’un permis de conduire de classe 5 valide;
- Bilinguisme;
- Apte au travail d’équipe;
- Polyvalence et débrouillardise;
- Soucis du détail;

Mercedes-Benz Rive Sud is looking for an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team ! This role requires someone that can achieve sales and revenue growth expectations and provide a high standard of customer service!
The Financial Services Manager will sell and deliver finance and insurance programs to our customers while maintaining customer-focused relationships that achieve repeat business by regularly exceeding customer expectations. The Financial Services Manager will provide financial service solutions to our customers by accessing their network of lenders and financial institutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Explain and demonstrate finance and insurance options to customers.
- Deal directly with lenders and financial institutes.
- Prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.
- Meet and excel set sales goals by selling extended products such as protection packages, extended warranties, life and accident/health insurance, and environmental protection packages.
- Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.
- Be knowledgeable of provincial regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.
- Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
- Book out deals accurately. Never misrepresent equipment.
- Perform credit interview, prepare credit application.
- Verify accuracy of all material information on the credit application and submit to lender.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Sell credit insurance and service contracts.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- 2 years’ experience in a Financial Services Operations.
- Excellent understand of sales, finance and insurance.
- Experience and working relationship with financial institutions and other lending parties.
- Proven record for performance with set goals.
- Excellent Oral, Written & Listening skills.
- Judgment and Decision-Making Skills ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.
- Efficient knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software and use of the Internet.
- Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as; discounts, interest rates, percentages and commission etc.
- The prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively and set action plans to achieve business targets.
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s license and safe driving history.
