POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a Field Supervisory Position which will require frequent face-to-face meetings with current and prospective clients to promote our products and services, and to negotiate sales contracts as you work to train and motivate Account Managers. This position will require travel throughout Canada and the US.
REPORTS TO: National Sales Director
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Hire, motivate and train Account Managers on Company vision of prospecting, identifying, and generating new opportunities via cold calling, email, face to face visits, LinkedIn, phone, etc. to build a pipeline of targeted prospects to grow our client list.
- Assist in the development and creation of plans for new Account Managers.
- Help to develop, maintain, and support relationships with companies in the industry while navigating multiple decision-makers.
- Help Account Managers to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Attend various industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and to make meaningful contact with existing and future customers as well as others in our industry.
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential contracts to assist Account Managers.
- Assist Account Managers to manage sales pipeline through the sales process: prospect, initial outreach, product demo, negotiation and close.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts for your team.
- Train and assist team members to bid on posted tenders by industry.
- Update and track clients on a CRM platform.
- Recommend and help to implement marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic area.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
COMPENSATION:
$90-120,000
Travel Expenses covered according to company policies. (Lodging, meals, parking, etc.)
Bonus compensation available.
