Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sales Representative, your sales experience will play a crucial part in continuing our steady growth.
You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and guiding them through the process of adopting solar energy.
YOU WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GENERATING YOUR OWN LEADS!
We want our sales team to focus on what is important - CLOSING SALES!

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience (preferably auto & auto financing, real estate, insurance, or equivalent)
- Solar Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of success
- Must have drivers license
- Strong communication skills
- Be motivated, goals oriented and have the drive to grow professionally

SALARY: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use software to design rooftop and ground mounted solar array systems
- Present solar sales presentations to prospective customers
- Advise homeowners on the benefits of going solar
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training classes
- Represent the company in a professional manner
