Commercial Sales Associate

Part-Time Salary range $16- $20 hourly

Flexible schedule offered -between 12pm and 8pm. 4 or 5 day week.

At Roto-Rooter, client relationships are a top priority! That is why we are in search of a part-time experienced Commercial Sales Associate who is driven and has a passion for growing sales and providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidate will have proven commercial sales experience, preferred but not needed, with the trades.

The responsibilities for this opportunity will include:

Answering customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Update customer information such as name, address, and email.
Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
Serve as a point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Work with the Commercial Sales Manager to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure client needs are being met
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Requirements include:

Enters and locates information on computer
Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, or by using telecommunications equipment
Sales experience preferably in the service or construction services/products industries
Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers about Roto-Rooter's products and services
Be results driven.
Time management is ideal when speaking to many customers in a day
Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work under pressure, understanding customer needs and behaviors as well as responding appropriately to their questions or concerns
Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
