Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and driving business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales and marketing skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Duties:

- Take calls from clients & schedule jobs on our CRM

- Data scrape and cold call potential leads

- Manage the employee schedule

- Proficient in Google Ads account management (On the job training if needed)

- Consistently train with manager & train other hires to the sales practices.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in business development and account management
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Technical sales experience is a plus
