As a Sales Consultant working with our telecommunication client services, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and ensuring exceptional support for our customers in the tech and telecom sector. As we take on the new year, we are looking to advance the services available and the evolution of what is possible. Our Sales Consultants will take on the responsibility of boosting our customer base and broadening our service reach. The Sales Consultant will be able to strategically approach situations and be an expert in the engagement process with new and existing customers. It is our Sales Consultants that have excellent communication and are always looking for new opportunities.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts specifically for our telecommunications client, ensuring all customers' needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term clients
- Present and sell a wide range of products, services, and even update customers on promotions to educate them on the best possible service and have high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist with invoicing, account updates, and installations to support customers throughout their entire sales process and delivery
- Learn how to work with Ipad, Tablet and other tech devices regularly to navigate efficiently and keep information organized
- Focus on setting up appointments if necessary with customers to best suit their schedule and convenience

Sales Consultant Skills and Benefits:
- Experience in customer service, sales, sales consultant, or a related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,526.00 - $98,835.00 per year
