Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for a dynamic individual who can deliver results and exceed targets.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Technical sales or technology sales experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in outside sales or account management is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
