Key Responsibilities
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Honda Lancaster, guiding customers through the exciting process of purchasing their dream vehicles. You'll provide expert advice, showcase our impressive inventory, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Stay up-to-date with Honda product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not required) - WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for automobiles and a customer-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Compensation
- Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
- Commission Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a structured commission program based on the financial performance of the Team Member.
- Bonus Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance or other extenuating circumstances and as approved by management.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual compensation offer will consider a wide range of factors to include location and experience.

Hiring Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- You are required to possess or obtain a valid California Auto Sales License
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
