Responsibilities
- Be the essential link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the agency.
- Assist our producers in servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Respond to all inquiries and client requests, in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
Requirements
- Must have an active North Carolina P&C insurance license.
- Must be proficient in Personal Lines with 3+ years experience preferred.
- Meaningful designation preferred.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachable.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
