PEOPLEFIND INC SEEKS TO ENGAGE A PART-TIME LEAD GENERATOR WHO WILL WORK 15 TO 20 HOURS PER WEEK AND SEEK OUT RECRUITING OPPORTUNITIES IN ORGANIZATIONS LIKELY TO BE RESPONSIVE TO THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LEAD GENERATOR WITH A TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS PRODUCING RESULTS. COMPENSATION INCLUDES A BASE SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE AND COMMISSION ON FIRST ORDERS AND REPEAT BUSINESS.

PeopleFind Inc is a well established recruiting firm with a successful track record bringing employers and job seekers together. Your role, as a Lead Generator, will be to find employers with staffing needs and persuade them to use our firm to assist them in filling open positions. You will connect with people in the employer’s firm who have the authority to engage our services. You will be given strategic support, methodology, and the collateral material you need to open the employer’s door, that is, to generate a connection that enables a discussion to occur on a recruiting need between our President and that individual with the authority to engage our services. This authority will include CEO's, Vice Presidents, Directors, Department Heads and Human Resources Directors and Managers. Our President will negotiate the business agreement with the employer, and, for any job order we fill, now, or in the future with a firm where you facilitated the connection, you will earn a share of our fees on all job orders that derive from this connection - as long as you are connected with PeopleFind. You are, in fact, earning an annuity (an ongoing flow of revenue) beyond your initial effort, should repeat recruiting opportunities result from the connection you facilitated between the employer and PeopleFind. You need do nothing more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your primary tasks are:
To determine, in concert with PeopleFind’s President, the recruiting strategy (that is, the business categories, size of employer, and locations to be targeted);

To identify and contact (cold call) hiring authorities and establish the employer’s need for and receptiveness to recruiting assistance;

To market the benefits of commissioning PeopleFind to deliver a staffing solution, that is, to be able to position PeopleFind and our distinguishing characteristics as an advantage to the employer;

To be able to communicate the value of PeopleFind’s recruiting services to the employer;

To build effective relationships with the people you target;

To produce an appointment with the appropriate hiring authority for PeopleFind’s President who will then close the sale and firm up a recruiting agreement to provide the talent needed;

To document all lead generation activity as the work unfolds and to maintain a complete log of time spent.

REQUIREMENTS:
Lead generation experience in the recruiting industry or a comparable service category;

A good understanding of or the ability to ramp up on the recruiting and employment industry; understand the roadblocks and opportunities, why employers can benefit from the services of a external recruiter, and, how to work effectively in this environment;

The tenacity to keep going when the going gets tough; not every employer will be receptive to your advances; your goal is to approach them sell them on our expertise and value, and, convince as many of them as you can to use our recruiting services;

Cold calling experience with the stamina to reach out to a large volume of target individuals effectively and efficiently;

Inside sales experience is an advantage;

An affinity for conducting internet research to finds names and contact information (e.g. using resources such as Linkedin, SeekOut, RocketReach, DataAxle and Eluta.ca);

An positive individual with charisma, who knows how to approach and interact with Presidents, CEOs, Executives as well as Human Resources Directors and Managers;

An individual with the ability to build effective business relationships;

Confident with the conviction to succeed;

A individual who appreciates challenges and has a sense of urgency;

Ability to speak English clearly and fluently;

Fluency in French is advantageous, especially if you are based in Montreal, Ottawa or New Brunswick.

WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS ROLE?

Anyone with sales experience can apply. Inside sales experience, in particular, is seen as a good fit.

Fluency in French is desirable if you are based in Montreal or New Brunswick.

Ability to understand the recruiting and employment industry.

Comfortable doing internet research to identify employers with staffing needs.

Willingness to reach out to employers via your network if it can be harnessed.

The Part-Time Lead Generator position requires a commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week.
