Job Description

B2B Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage targeted buyers from brick-and-mortar accounts, conducting thorough product line reviews.
  • Establish forecasts, implement sales promotions, arrange in-store displays, conduct product training, and organize marketing activities with retailers.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with buyers from retailers.
  • Coordinate vendor agreements, item setup, customer portal systems, logistics, and payments in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Proficiently analyze sales and inventory reports from different retailers.
  • Monitor market trends, assess competitors, and evaluate retailer product lines.
  • Previous experience in small kitchen appliances is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the US brick-and-mortar market is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French or English and Spanish is desirable.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales account management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
