Your Role
In the Commercial Account Manager role, you will be a member of the Customer Service team and is responsible for servicing clients within the commercial lines division. You should be highly motivated; detail oriented and maintains strong communication and relationship building skills.Your Responsibilities

You will prepare all client facing documentation including invoices, letters, policy documents,
certificates of insurance - Manage the file creation, organization of client documentation, and updating of Client activity logs
- Track and follow up Policy Documents to ensure received in a timely manner
- Administer our client renewal process
- Work closely with our Account Executives to service and manage all day to day activity, including establishing market risks for coverage placement

Coordinate account services including review of documentation for routine policy changes,
additions, deletions, renewals or cancellations - Manage the placement of our small business accounts
- Communication with insurers as required to support the brokering function

Your Skills and Experiences

Minimum 3 years in a brokerage as an Account Manager/Customer Service Rep; knowledge of most
major markets - RIBO License required
- EPIC Experience preferred
- University or College Degree/Diploma an asset
- CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent (or working towards) an asset
- Understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance market; strong business acumen;
