Car Sales Consultant

Small Family Owned used car dealership is growing fast and in need of a few more good salespeople. We have a large number of customers in need of Auto Financing, and since we have a partnership with one of our lenders we are able to offer a true Guaranteed Loan Approval unlike other dealerships. Since there are so many buyers in need of financing and every customer is approved, Sales Reps have an unlimited earning potential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-motivator and TEAM player
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and guide the customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Reading, collecting, and transcribing data in order to complete accurate paperwork.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
• Navigating and using various provided computer programs as selling tools

GOOD TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Previous dealership and/or auto sales experience a plus but NOT required
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

COMPENSATION:

• Per vehicle commission
• Plus Monthly Sales Quota Bonuses!
• Expected pay is from $3,000 to $6,000
• Experienced sales reps should expect more
• Unlimited earning potential due to the number of customers

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
