Technology Recruitment Consultant

In this Technology Recruitment Consultant role you will have the unique opportunity to work in a start up sized environment but with the backing from a Global PLC business, as well as being able to take ownership of our technology division and grow that team around you.

We need a sales focussed individual who will bring with them a wealth of experience placing candidates into both contract and permanent opportunities. This is an active market where clients are responsive so this will be a fast paced and exciting desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities via multi—media channels.
  • Plan & conduct regular business development activity with current clients to maintain and further develop relationships.
  • Identify potential candidates to fulfil client’s requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Generate, follow-up & share client & candidate leads.
  • Manage candidates & clients through the recruitment process, including managing the expectations of both parties.
  • Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPI’s & objectives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
  • Wherever possible utilise Delivery or Trainee Consultants to fulfil client requirements (allowing you to focus on client development & sales).
  • Uphold high standards of data integrity across all records that you encounter.
  • Build your network of clients & candidates to ensure you become the ‘go to’ Sales Consultant for your specialist area.
  • Build & share technical/market knowledge of your area with colleagues, clients & candidates.
  • Work with your team to ensure team targets & objectives are hit.
