Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager specializing in Refrigeration and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the refrigeration and HVAC sector. The Account Manager will play a vital role in understanding client needs, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the refrigeration and HVAC industry.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the specified market segment.
3. Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs.
4. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and quotations.
5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient project delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in refrigeration and HVAC systems.
7. Regularly monitor our reporting systems & coordinate problem resolutions.
8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems, components, and applications. (preferred not mandatory).
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
6. A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation Package includes a base salary along with commission based bonus - $60,000 - $100,000 CAN. (based on experience)
