Job Description
As the Dedicated Regional Sales Manager, you will use your experience in the Trucking & Transportation industry to drive business growth by securing new partnerships and maintaining existing customer relationships in key markets (Atlanta, Appling, Dallas, and Nashville). You'll leverage your industry expertise to identify strategic opportunities, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored transportation solutions that meet customer needs.
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: Base $115,000 + Commission, Auto Allowance, and Cell Phone Allowance
Travel Requirement: 20-30% within the Atlanta, Appling, Dallas, and Nashville regions

What does this job look like daily?
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Lead contract negotiations, addressing customer concerns, and close new deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert insights into dedicated fleet services and transportation management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pricing, Operations, Marketing) to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and transportation logistics to provide customers with innovative solutions.
What do you need to do this job?
- Dedicated Fleet experience is a must to be successful in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or related field.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in transportation or logistics, specifically within dedicated fleet services.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing new business deals in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
