We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth. This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for a motivated individual who can effectively communicate with customers, negotiate deals, and drive revenue.
Duties:
- Manage new and existing accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
