Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to help us reach new heights at E&E Co. Ltd. In this pivotal role, you’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at growing our customer base and meeting company goals. Your work will be essential in expanding our footprint and ensuring our clients are delighted with their experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Create Winning Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive revenue growth. This means analyzing market trends, identifying key customer segments, and crafting approaches to open new markets and grow existing ones.
· Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Establish realistic sales goals and forecasts based on historical data and market conditions. You’ll use your insight to set ambitious yet achievable targets.
· Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster genuine connections with key clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any concerns. Your ability to build trust will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, product development, and other departments to share market feedback, coordinate promotional efforts, and resolve any product issues.
· Analyze and Report: Regularly prepare detailed sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide meaningful insights to guide future strategy.
· Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep an eye on market shifts, competitor activities, and new sales techniques to adjust strategies and remain competitive.
· Innovate Continuously: Identify opportunities for product innovation by analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
· Lead Presentations and Account Reviews: Create engaging and detailed presentations tailored to customer needs and deliver them effectively.
· Communicate with Buyers: Maintain regular communication with customers or buyers to stay aligned with their needs and expectations.
· Juggle Multiple Projects: Balance various tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Collaborate with the Product Team: Coordinate sample requests, review production timelines, and manage pricing discussions.
· Provide Support Beyond Sales: Be ready to pitch in and support company initiatives beyond your main role when needed.
· Adapt to Additional Tasks: Embrace other duties as assigned to support team and company growth.
What We're Looking For
· Experience: 5+ years in wholesale sales within the home décor sector, especially in furniture, wall décor and lighting. Someone who has contacts at Costco, Lowes, Dollar General and other retailers
· Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen. Exceptional written and verbal communication.
· Flexibility: Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities at once.
· Creative Edge: Familiarity with the creative side of marketing and product development to communicate and influence effectively.
· Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute impactful sales strategies.
· Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of major accounts, customer bases, and industry challenges.
· Self-Starter: High initiative and the ability to excel independently.
· Interpersonal Savvy: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are a must.
Travel Requirements
· Travel for meetings, presentations, trade shows, product development trips, and overseas sourcing as needed.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license.
· Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Salary will Depend on Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
