The Program Account Manager oversees the development, performance, relationship management, and contract negotiation of both new and existing programs. Reporting to the Director of Programs, this role collaborates with various departments to ensure high partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing new partner onboarding, program expansions, review meetings, and ensuring partner satisfaction and retention. This role may require significant travel.
This position can be based in GA, NC, IL, OH, AZ, or FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage contracts, ensuring adherence to commitments and timely renewals; communicate terms to internal teams.
- Lead program review meetings, covering sales, KPIs, returns, and other critical metrics.
- Expand programs with current partners and seek new business opportunities.
- Coordinate payments and account reconciliations with partner finance teams.
- Oversee partner onboarding, guiding internal teams through program launch and kick-off meetings.
- Conduct inventory and pricing analyses; negotiate annual price adjustments.
- Expedite resolutions on outstanding booked orders to boost conversion rates.
- Maintain a partner dashboard covering key organizational details and relevance.
- Lead vendor management strategies for current and potential partners.
- Set performance benchmarks and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across functions to drive program growth and revenue, ensuring partner quality and satisfaction.
- Develop compliant partner management policies and work with senior leaders to meet program goals.
- Partner with Marketing and CRM to drive supplier and customer acquisition and retention.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Background in aviation.
- Experience managing a team in a global environment, with a proven track record of innovation and successful change management
- Contract management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing businesses through significant change
- Broad business knowledge with experience in forming strategic external relationships
