We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, account management, and technology, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the medical device industry, with a preference for candidates with a background in dental and wound care fields
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience in direct or B2B sales, or a High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Desired attributes include dependability, professionalism, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and drive sales of Human Cell Tissue Products (such as Bone Grafts, Skin Grafts), Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Devices (NPWT), and Foam Dressings
- Target B2C accounts within hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and private clinics, focusing on the dental and wound care sectors
- Provide accounts receivable support for effective account management
- Conduct routine consignment inventory checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and contact information
- Gather hospital coding data
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to track customer interactions, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and nurture long-lasting relationships
- Generate timely reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) for the General Manager, detailing the status of each lead and sales opportunity in the pipeline through the CRM database.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
