Job Description

We’re looking for a smart, enthusiastic person with a passion for web marketing, nurturing client relationships and, in the process, building a business. If you want to make a meaningful impact within an organization and help small businesses, this is the role for you.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional client management aptitude and skills
  • Strategic insight, particularly in relation to helping small businesses (SMB) grow
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Online Marketing or equivalent.

Nice to Haves:

  • 1 - 3 years experience in online marketing including SEO, SEM, social marketing, etc.
  • Experience supporting a large and diverse client base
  • Experience with small and medium-sized business clients
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Adwords, Facebook for Business and Email Marketing
  • Project management experience

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a hands-on marketing consultant for a diverse group of SMB clients
  • Provide recommendations, strategies and tactics designed to generate leads and improve business performance for our clients
  • Interact regularly and work closely with clients and fulfilment team to ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Interpret, analyze and communicate performance metrics to clients
  • Be a “point guard” distributing information and assignments to internal and external stakeholders to optimize the performance of online marketing programs.

This is a progressive position, and successful performers should expect to progress in responsibility and compensation within 18 months of their first day.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
