Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your sales expertise to analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and effectively communicate our offerings to potential customers. This position requires a strong focus on business development and account management.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product features, benefits, and pricing.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in staffing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
