Superior Fence & Rail is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire in its new Greater Seattle territory. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors.

The pay structure for this position is base + commission. The average pay ranges from $60,000 to $120,000 per year. Laptop provided after the training period is completed. Vehicle and gas card provided between 30-90 days after the training period has been completed. Candidate must reside within King or Snohomish County.

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training
  • Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products
  • Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
  • Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of prior outside sales experience
  • 2 - 3 years of In-Home sales experience (preferred)
  • College degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Ability to work some weekends and evenings
  • Pass drug screening and background investigation (no felony convictions)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong presentation and listening skills
  • Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates and supervisors
  • Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite)
  • Valid DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation
