Lead Generation Representative

Reports To

Call Center Manager

Job Purpose

Payroc is looking to fill four lead generation positions with our growing team in Foxborough, MA. This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full time with benefits. You will receive hands-on training with an emphasis on strategic selling. The working hours are approximately 9:00AM to 3PM Monday - Friday. You will be paid an hourly salary along with a uncapped commissions and bonuses. You can easily earn more than $40k a year and never work weekends or nights again.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct 150-200 cold calls/outbound calls
  • Partner with Account Executives to support, research, and help secure qualified candidates for sales pipeline
  • Hit monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Utilize strategic selling to attract potential candidates
  • Understand customer needs and requirements

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma (or G.E.D) and at least 4 years in a customer/client facing role
  • Demonstrate time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must live within a reasonable commute to our location in South Holland, IL

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Inside sales experience
  • Experience in qualifying prospects
  • CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
  • Familiar with Google suite/maps
  • Experience with quotas and metrics in past positions
  • Motivation, drive, and self-starting attitude

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
