Job Summary
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you are responsible for selling Gable products, services, and solutions to new and existing clients while working with clients at all levels. You are expected to generate leads and develop selling opportunities in their market segment as defined by upper management while meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets. You will actively participate in Gable sales planning and forecasting meetings and conferences. You will provide input on future and projected sales initiatives. You will represent Gable to external clients and customers and maintain a high level of customer service among external and internal clients.

- Coordinate and support an effective Project Management Strategy for each Project
Job Function
- Advanced understanding and demonstration of Sales Methodologies and Best Practices.
- Ability to develop and maintain multi-level client relationships.
- Well-developed ability to maintain communications with clients concerning their existing projects while exploring additional opportunities with the client.
- Ability, with minimum assistance, to resolve any client conflict issues at all levels of the client relationship.
- Ability to develop and make multi-level presentations.
- Ability to qualify complex projects and understand the details of complex projects.
- Ability to identify and independently prepare high-level proposals, including scope, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, price, terms, and schedule.
- Ability to work with all teams/sub-teams to ensure understanding of client expectations and project scope details.
- Provide total customer satisfaction and manage assigned special tasks.
- Manage all sales and specific job projects assigned.
- Manages time and project loads efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client data.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM as requested, including keeping the pipeline current and tracking activities related to leads, prospects, and deals.
- Attends scheduled sales meetings and annual sales meetings.
- Report to work as required and for management, sales and production meetings, as required.
- Use all proper forms and requests required for the necessary implementation of design requests, orders, service, expense statements, and any other forms designed for inter-company use.
- Maintains expenses and cooperates with the Finance team to submit accurate records for all sales-related expenses.

The team member may also be required to lift and/or move items.

TRAVEL
This position will require frequent travel via all modes of transportation. Overnight travel with a duration of seven days or more may be required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Five (5) years of minimum B2B related sales experience.
A degree or diploma in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in signage, environmental graphics, or the AV industry is preferred.
All prospective team members must pass a criminal background check and drug test. Candidates must also meet the requirements for an I-9, e-Verify.
SALARY
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
