Job Summary:
The role of the Customer Experience Specialist-Canada is to ensure Highlight technology adoption and utilization at existing and new accounts in Canada, with a focus in Vancouver. This role will help manage implementations, monitor and ensure weekly utilization, build relationships with champions and stakeholders, and be an on-site resource in the respective geography.
Key job responsibilities include:
· Lead account management of day-to-day activities at multiple healthcare sites
· Lead activities including observation cleans, in-servicing, rounding, troubleshooting, training, and developing account champions
· Manage account utilization, staff training, and weekly rounding support/communication with a major Health Authority
· Build relationships and develop site leads and stakeholders at each facility
· Continuously enforce the essential benefits of the technology to direct users and to key stakeholders
· Manage new pilots/implementations at acute and non-acute healthcare facilities in respective geography
· Assist with data collection to help support the ROI model
Job dimensions include weekly on-site support/reporting of utilization at facilities, weekly meetings with site leads, weekly communication and meetings with Kinnos’ commercial team, and continuous training + launch of new facilities and products in Canada.
Minimum 5-8 years in Sales, Business Development in Medical Device / Infection Prevention Sales
· Experience in whole-house practice change highly preferred
· Experience with Quality/IP/EVS highly preferred
· Experience in building a market with a novel technology
· Located in and willing to travel across BC
Bachelor's Degree in Business or medical sciences field
~40%, willing to travel in BC and rural surrounding areas, daily on-site at accounts

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
