Day-to-day Responsibilities

The Inside Sales/Appoinment Setters' duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
  • Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
  • Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
  • Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
  • Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
  • Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
  • Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
  • Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in the HVAC industry an asset
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field, such as sales or business administration is considered an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and stay motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations professionally and make quick, effective decisions

Hours

The Inside Sales/Appoinment Setter will work a rotation of shifts, Monday-Sunday

Compensation

$20/hour + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Salesforce: 1 year (preferred)
