Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to)


  • Provide direction, leadership, and guidance to manage all aspects of ticket sales and inventory acquisition for the Omaha Retail Office.
    • Prepare and manage an annual Sales and Sourcing business plan and budget.
      • Lead by example by delivering best-in-class new business approach, generating revenue via telephone, email, chat, and in-lobby/in-person interactions.
      • Develop strategies for inventory acquisition.
      • Direct and facilitate ticket sourcing and purchases by making offers, processing sales submissions, and other related activities.
    • Oversee a team of Sales Associates.
      • Manage the progress of the sales team both individually and collectively ensuring sales and revenue goals are achieved.
      • Lead regular team meetings and facilitate an open discussion of opportunities related to increasing ticket revenue.
    • Represent Tickets For Less in community and public events supporting regional offices, as needed.
    • Continuously identify, recruit, hire and train current and new members within the sales and sourcing team to build a dynamic and collaborative environment.
    • Leverage BI Reporting and Analytics Team to identify opportunities, analyze sales trends, optimize pricing, and drive revenue.
    • Administer efficient, accurate, and timely reporting related to sales activity as well as budget pacing activity.
    • As needed, coordinate the needs for managing the office and facility.
  • Implement CRM strategy, effectively maximizing HubSpot capabilities.
    • Ensure Sales Associates are executing the CRM strategy, recording customer communication and interactions.
    • Monitor team operations including inbound/outbound customer communication.
    • Develop a personal client base and outreach to prospective customers.
      • Use strategic telemarketing, email and face-to-face communications for sales prospecting. Communicating relevant information to convert prospects into buyers.
    • Share best practices and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to drive sales, department, and company goals.
    • Regularly measure and adjust sales strategies, providing recommendations for further improvement and development.
    • Actively provide feedback from existing customers and collaborate with the Customer Service Team to address potential persistent problems and improve the ticket experience for all customers.
    • Work to identify key community relationships or partnerships that will assist in developing new opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing and Partnership Teams in positioning TFL for success.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or sports related field preferred
  • Experience with the Secondary Ticket Market is considered a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience
  • Proficient in mathematics
  • Ability to think strategically and execute accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be available to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
