We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial P&C Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage and nurture middle market client relationships, oversee insurance portfolios, and deliver tailored solutions to meet business' needs. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in the flexibility and entrepreneurial forward-thinking of a privately held family business. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Account Oversight: Manage the day-to-day activities of client accounts, including policy administration, renewals, and claims support.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design customized insurance solutions.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth, presenting additional products and services as appropriate.
- Leadership Development: Demonstrate leadership qualities and take initiative to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client issues promptly.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in P&C Account Management – Independent Agency / Brokerage experience preferred
- Active/current status Texas General Agent’s P&C license in good standing
- Computer efficiency and working knowledge of AMS360, EPIC, HawkSoft or similar agency management systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of P&C coverages and the underwriting process
- Highly motivated, achieving and optimistic
- Excellent follow-up, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills – both verbal and written
