We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to effectively communicate our products and services to potential clients. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, account management, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and account management.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM software.
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong skills in account management, lead generation, and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
- A valid driver's license is required as travel within the territory is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
