Role and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems and infrastructure.

• Ensure system reliability, efficiency, and performance through monitoring and optimization.

• Deploy and integrate the company’s products in on-premise environments for customers, ensuring seamless integration and performance according to client specifications.

• Develop and oversee continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into infrastructure solutions.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development and infrastructure management.

• Proficient in the following backend programming languages: Node.JS, Go, Python and Java experience

• Experience in Rust

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native services.

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Developer Associate, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional and other AWS certificates (e.g. AWS Security Specialization)

• Additional GCP / Azure experience

• Experience with Terraform and Pulumi

• Strong understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side technologies.

• Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container orchestration tools.

• Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools.

Compensation Range: $140K - $170K
