In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Account Manager for a client that works in the Architectural Industry. This position will be responsible for taking customers calls, developing and enhancing relationships with customer, helping other customer service representatives, and helping trouble shoot any issues they may have.
This position is a contract to potential perm role that is a long-term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site and has the potential to go hybrid after training.
The pay on this position is between $22-$28 an hour based on experience.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work very well with a computer
- Ability to help assist in problem solving
- Ability to handle in bound calls
