Job Description

SUMMARY

The Director of Sales has responsibility for achieving company sales objectives through a combination of daily management of the sales team and closing business personally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads the sales team including creating and managing sales strategies, processes and objectives to achieve Corporate financial goals
  • Develops and manages Sales team to meet/exceed individual performance and corporate goals.
  • Assists in recruiting, selection, training and motivating sales department personnel to realize their potential and develop individuals for advancement.
  • Manages and aligns functions essential to sales force productivity and effectiveness including planning, implementing, reporting, goal setting /management, scheduling, compensation structure and sales process optimization
  • Takes on direct sales responsibility and targets in order to better understand the team’s challenges and opportunities while directly participating in the growth of the business.
  • Works with marketing team to design and implement promotions that will:
  • Attract new guests,
  • Fill in weak sales periods,
  • Target new markets
  • Acts as liaison with Trump Resort personnel to secure proper rooms.
  • Communicates with Guest services to ensure favorable onboarding of guests.
  • Works with Medical Dept to verify all documents are complete and any issues related to guest ability to complete program safely and successfully are verified and resolved.
  • Serves as a key member of the executive leadership team.
  • Provides regular sales reports to the Company President
  • Develops and manages sales operating budgets
  • Provides leadership, feedback and career development to the sales team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

  • No travel

Experience:

  • Salesforce: 4 years (Required)
  • Management: 3 years (Required)
  • B2C: 7 years (Required)
  • Hospitality: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Hotel: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Doral, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
