SUMMARY
The Director of Sales has responsibility for achieving company sales objectives through a combination of daily management of the sales team and closing business personally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the sales team including creating and managing sales strategies, processes and objectives to achieve Corporate financial goals
- Develops and manages Sales team to meet/exceed individual performance and corporate goals.
- Assists in recruiting, selection, training and motivating sales department personnel to realize their potential and develop individuals for advancement.
- Manages and aligns functions essential to sales force productivity and effectiveness including planning, implementing, reporting, goal setting /management, scheduling, compensation structure and sales process optimization
- Takes on direct sales responsibility and targets in order to better understand the team’s challenges and opportunities while directly participating in the growth of the business.
- Works with marketing team to design and implement promotions that will:
- Attract new guests,
- Fill in weak sales periods,
- Target new markets
- Acts as liaison with Trump Resort personnel to secure proper rooms.
- Communicates with Guest services to ensure favorable onboarding of guests.
- Works with Medical Dept to verify all documents are complete and any issues related to guest ability to complete program safely and successfully are verified and resolved.
- Serves as a key member of the executive leadership team.
- Provides regular sales reports to the Company President
- Develops and manages sales operating budgets
- Provides leadership, feedback and career development to the sales team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Salesforce: 4 years (Required)
- Management: 3 years (Required)
- B2C: 7 years (Required)
- Hospitality: 10 years (Preferred)
- Hotel: 5 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Doral, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
