Overview
The Key Account Manager will focus on the acquisition of new business and retention of
YESCO’s national client portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally
and externally to deliver consistently excellent client experiences. Consult with clients to assess
needs and identify opportunities to provide solutions, develop client standards, build and
maintain client success strategies, provide training and support to the YESCO team both
internally and externally.
Objectives of this position:
Retention and maintenance of existing clients- Acquisition, and onboarding of clients
- Establish relationships as a trusted partner to help ensure the continued value of
- Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices with the sales
- Provide cross-functional team and peer leadership by effectively creating and
- Regularly communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to better
- Create standard operating procedures which will maximize our efficiency and provide
- Maintain a robust pipeline of new and existing opportunities within a CRM system

Nature of Work Contacts
Has direct contact with the national customer base, including (not limited to) senior and
executive leadership in facilities, marketing, and procurement. Provides (internal) peer
leadership and consistent engagement with Client Success Specialists, Project Specialists, and
Regional Coordinators.Will have direct contact with YESCO’s vast network of corporate and
franchise leadership.

A Bachelor’s degree in business with a strong emphasis in communication and marketing. Plus
a minimum of five years’ experience, or any combination of education, experience, and training
which provides the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Gmail Suite
- Ability to practice business agility and pivot based on the needs of the client and/or
- The ability to provide cross functional team leadership
- Time management skills; the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience with CRM platforms
- B2B and B2C experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales and new
- 3-5+ years leadership or sales management experience
- 5-7+ years of account management, technical sales, project management, executive
