Pega Lead Systems Architect (LSA)
We are looking for a seasoned & experienced Pega Lead Systems Architect who will play a critical role within Wipro's digital practice, to lead program delivery to our strategic clients. In addition to being a strong technical architect you would also be a thought leader and a trusted advisor. Your role will be a critical client facing role which will need strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage a medium to large size team's outcome & meet customer demands. Your interpersonal skills and empathy towards would be key success factor to excel in this role. As part of the Wipro practice, you’ll get a chance to develop and extend your leadership & architectural skills across a variety of domains helping your long-term success in your journey with Wipro. Our Wipro Pega practice operates across the globe with a clear established strong growth strategy to which allow yourself to be exposed to various domains, markets.
Responsibilities:
As a Pega LSA you would be responsible for
- Architecting the end-to-end Pega solution delivered
- Estimate and evaluate the Project scope of work, and sizing during the early project initiation phases
- Initiate and drive end to end outcomes of the Program / Project work all through inception, refinement, built and go live phases
- Ensures that the application quality and design are of the highest standards
- Formulate best practices and design guidelines for the team.
- Should be able to perform design and code reviews and suggest best practices to the team
- Resolves complex design challenges and build problems to meet specified objectives
- Document and provide high level and low-level design artefacts for development and cross verify on completion
- Work along with delivery managers, scrum masters, and product owners by providing inputs and support for them to manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and planning
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team members for their continuous development
- Initiate and/or manage blockers and escalations efficiently to allow for smooth sprinting
Requirements:
- The candidate needs to have a Pega Lead System Architect certification as a mandatory requirement and highly beneficial to have any additional certifications on other BPM tools Scrum Methodology and other industry frameworks
- An IT focused professional with overall 12+ years of experience (with at least 8 years developing & delivering Pega product solution)
- Experience as a development lead or an architect with referenceable experience in delivering at least 2 large scale Pega implementations
- Knowledge in providing best practice driven design for Pega application architecture, enterprise class design and Pega case designer
- Deep knowledge on Pega 8.x platform its latest features
- Expertise in co-designing Pega integration architecture with other technologies in collaboration with enterprise architects and cross-technology counter parts
- Knowledge on Web Services Architecture (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, etc..), MQ series
- Experience and expertise in using delivery accelerators such as Pega DCO, Agile collaboration & Dev Ops tools
- Knowledge and delivery experience of applications built on both cloud and on-premises offerings with ability to optimise and tune security, performance, and scaling parameters
- Domain knowledge & exposure in BFSI, Telco and ENU related project implementations will be of great compliment
- Smart Dispute strategic application knowledge
