Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Additionally, you will mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Certification(s) Required AWS CERTIFIED SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
The annual salary depends on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
