We are currently hiring a Staffing Account Manager for our Phoenix office.The job of a recruiter typically consists of:
- Consulting with clients to understand organizational recruitment strategy
- Agreeing on a recruitment mandate with the internal recruiters
- Searching for and approaching suitable candidates
- Posting job ads to attract applicants
- Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting process
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Developing and maintaining relationships with professionals
- Attending job fairs and other events to recruit professionals
- Creating and posting job descriptions and advertisements
