Compensation:

$80,000 - $165,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Gather information from potential clients in Westport, CT, and assess their suitability before advancing them in the sales process to ensure efficient sales handling by agents.
  • Input accurate and current client data into the database system to equip agents with up-to-date information for effective client interactions.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Convert potential clients into qualified real estate leads in Westport, CT, by maintaining regular follow-ups via phone and email, enhancing communication, and integrating them into the sales pipeline.
  • Expand sales opportunities within the local area to broaden the sales region and nurture existing business relationships effectively.
  • Adhere to the team's strategic plan to ensure alignment and collaboration in all sales activities.
  • Schedule and conduct listing and buyer appointments professionally and efficiently.
  • Successfully carry out appointments to showcase properties and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Effectively close sales by leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Progress towards becoming a lead buyer or listing agent by demonstrating exceptional sales performance and client management.
  • Demonstrate a team-oriented approach to work and actively contribute to collective success.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to travel by car with a valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
  • A high school diploma is a must, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Pursuing or possessing a real estate license is necessary.
  • Living within the office area is a requirement.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Candidates should be pursuing or already have a real estate license.
