Liberty Home Products is looking for a personable, highly self-motivated and detail-oriented inside sales representaive and office admininstrator to manage our sales showroom, engage with our customers and work with our sales team. This is a full-time position with benefits and based in the Colorado Springs showroom. Pay structure is hourly pay + commission.
Duties:
- Outbound calls and emails to prosepctive customers who have requested sales information.
- Take inbound sales and general office calls. Understanding the customer's needs and providng the appropriate solution.
- Schedulng in-home estimate appiontments on our sales schedule for our outside sales executives. Work closely with outside sales executives to efficiently route their appointments.
- Working directly to customers who walk into the showroom to learn about our products.
-Performing adminstrative tasks associated with the office and sales departments
-Providing high quality customer service in person, through the phone, or over email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintaing accurate, detailed information into CRM software to track customer interactions, update information, and manage leads
- Manage the Colorado Springs sales showroom. This includes keeping materials organized, products clean and ready for display, and properly working with walk-in customers.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and hard working
-Strong follow through with full ownership of processes from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls to potential customers
