Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a proven track record in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments. You will leverage your expertise in territory management to negotiate contracts and drive direct sales initiatives, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
- Manage relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand competitive landscape.
- Utilize sales software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or territory management, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Strong background in outside sales with a focus on direct sales techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with sales software tools for tracking performance and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the sales process.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
