Join our team as a Sales Manager / Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
- Report to the GM and Dealer Principal
- Use our store CRM tools ( Activix) to ensure customers are followed up with
- Retail display ( P.O.P set up, test drive cars, display vehicles )
- Sales Consultant Training
- Schedule building
- KPI monitoring, consultant coaching w/ Hot Alert resolutions + concern resolution updating
- Personal selling and lead responding
- Hyundai Signature Program Lead ( with little assistance )
- Pre-Owned vehicle allocation, proofing incoming vehicles, and ensuring stock cards are organized correctly
- Desking and coaching profitable New car deals and sometimes used car deals
- Supply refunds for vehicles being delivered
- Daily Sales Consultant coaching, performance tracking (Sales and RSI) and guest follow-up
- Sales Consultant problem solving, lead customer service for UCD
- Liaison between store and suppliers
- Monitor and assist with Delivery quality control (i.e re-cleans, accessory installs, damage needing repairs, etc)
- Continue to complete all Hyundai training courses (Online and Offsite)
- Assist BDC with Product support questions and tactical responses to inquiries
- Lead in month-end administrative dealership responsibilities i.e program protections, rush RDR’s etc.
- Assist Accounting with incentives, costing, cheque recs, etc.
- Interview potential Sales Consultant Prospects
- Help, assist, and co-ordinate between Service and Parts in regards to Installations, Warranty work, Recalls, and customer service
- Conducts sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing a sales team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving results.
- Minimum 3 years experience
