Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet dealership sales targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Train and mentor sales staff on effective selling techniques and customer service skills
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of state and federal automotive sales laws and regulations
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
