Job Description
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays an important role in ensuring that our Screening Core Commercial team have the tools, resources, insights and technology they need to successfully execute their roles and ultimately help GH achieve its mission. This individual contributor partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the Screening Core Sales Team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, changing, and growing environment, thinks strategically and has an execution first mindset. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the Sales Team by addressing any questions or issues that arise, assisting with the design and testing of tools/processes that impact the Sales Team, and helping to ensure we maintain good data quality for our customer data.
Responsibilities:
Sales Force Technology & Enablement
- Assist with designing, testing, and implementing CRM updates and SFA resources that support the sales organization
- Partner with Training and Sales Leadership teams to train teams on tools and processes
- Partner with IT and vendors to manage licenses/provide access for appropriate users to different systems
Data Stewardship and Management
- Identify and implement improvements to customer master data quality
Sales Support and Other Responsibilities
- Manage and triage cases in Salesforce.com for Sales Operations
- Subject matter expert on sales systems and processes
- Work collaboratively with cross functional partners to deliver commercial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science, technical or business-related field
- 3+ years of commercial or sales operations experience for diagnostics, biotech or pharma.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
- Experience in a prior customer service or sales support role
- Project management or Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
- Experience with ticketing software (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) is a plus
- Must possess strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams
Additional Information
Hybrid Work Model: At Guardant Health, we have defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and work-from-home days for individual-focused time. All U.S. employees who live within 50 miles of a Guardant facility will be required to be onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. We have found aligning our scheduled in-office days allows our teams to do the best work and creates the focused thinking time our innovative work requires. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 to $120,000,000. The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations for the posted role with the exception of any locations specifically referenced below (if any).
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If you are selected to move forward, the recruiting team will provide details specific to the factors above.
Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
