At Acom, our Solutions Advisor is pivotal in driving our company's growth through outbound dialing sales and appointment setting. As the driving force behind telephone-based customer interactions, this individual excels in engaging potential clients, presenting our high-grade solutions, and securing appointments for further consultation. This position resides within the inside sales team and operates under the supervision of the Vice President of Customer Experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Spearhead outbound sales calls to prospect clients, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Expertly present our products and services during telephone interactions, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.
- Diligently conduct appointment setting activities to facilitate further discussions between potential clients and Solutions Consultants.
- Proactively identify leads through outbound calls and effectively allocate them to the appropriate Solutions Consultants.
- Enhance company lead generation initiatives through strategic outbound dialing efforts.
- Provide auxiliary support to the customer service team when needed, maintaining our standard of excellence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven capability to function autonomously with a high degree of initiative.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Sharp analytical abilities coupled with proficient problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, upholding a professional demeanor and reliability.
- Robust phone presence with a track record of successful telephone sales.
- Must meet prerequisites for passing a background check and drug screening.
Education and Experience:
- Prior experience in inside sales, especially with outbound dialing and appointment setting, is highly advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Prolonged sitting at a desk
- Must be able to type for prolonged periods of time.
