Overview

The Entertainment Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating entertainment activities within our establishment. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage various entertainment programs, ensuring they align with our brand and meet the expectations of our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of budgeting, and the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with vendors and team members.

Duties

Plan, organize, and execute entertainment events that enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts for events and promotions.

Manage budgets for entertainment activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing quality.

Negotiate contracts with performers, vendors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.

Supervise staff involved in entertainment operations, providing guidance and support as needed.

Maintain inventory of supplies related to entertainment events, including equipment and materials.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and customers.

Skills

Strong background in grocery store operations is a plus.

Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with vendors and customers.

Proficient in budgeting to manage event costs efficiently.

Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.

Skilled in negotiating contracts to achieve beneficial agreements.

Experience in store management to oversee operational aspects of entertainment activities.

Proven team management skills to lead staff effectively during events.

Familiarity with clerical tasks related to event planning and execution.

Knowledge of stock management for supplies needed for entertainment functions.

Understanding of pricing strategies for events to ensure profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
