ESM Pre-sales Director
- As an Elite ServiceNow partner, Jade Global is seeking a Presales ESM (Enterprise Service Management) Service line Director that specializes in providing ESM solutions to clients. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive the presales process and oversee the ESM service line.
- Key responsibilities of a Presales ESM Service line Leader includes:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Leading the development of ESM solutions that align with client needs, considering factors like ITIL best practices, process automation, and integration with existing systems.
- Presales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and present tailored ESM solutions during the presales phase. This involves creating compelling proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries.
- Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in the ESM domain. This may involve conducting workshops, providing consultations, and participating in client meetings.
- Team Leadership: Managing a team of ESM specialists, including consultants, architects, and technical experts. This involves setting performance goals, providing guidance, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions.
- Market Research and Trends: Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ESM. Using this knowledge to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration with Product Development: Providing feedback from the field to the product development teams to enhance existing products and contribute to the development of new ESM solutions.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Responsible for budgeting and resource allocation within the ESM service line, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that ESM solutions meet high-quality standards, including compliance with industry regulations and adherence to security protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Implementing processes for continuous improvement in ESM service delivery, including feedback loops, training programs, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Sales Enablement: Providing technical training and support to the sales team, enabling them to effectively communicate the value proposition of ESM solutions to clients.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with ESM projects, including technical challenges, resource constraints, and compliance issues.
