Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North is nestled right on Crane's Roost Park in Uptown Altamonte Springs. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to target the Sports Team Market for our hotel. We recently underwent a massive full-property renovation and are looking for someone who is eager to jump in and help get the word out! The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in hotels or hospitality, specifically as it relates to the Sale Department.

Our full-service property offers a full restaurant, complimentary made-to-order breakfast and complimentary Manager's Reception nightly. In addition, we have ample meeting space which is perfect for receptions, parties, meetings and more!

The Sports Market Sales Manager will be responsible for soliciting account leads and cultivating relationships with businesses, leaders, schools and others in the Sports Market. Building and understanding contracts will be crucial in this role, along with a very keen attention to detail. Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and possess the ability to handle multiple accounts and clients at once. Negotiation skills will also be imperative to ensure proper execution of all contracts and hotel initiatives. Much of the day-to-day functions will be completed over the phone and through digital communication. When clients are on-site, the Sales Manager will be responsible for following up and ensuring excellent service is provided throughout their visit with us.

This position does not typically require travel, however it may be necessary from time-to-time in order to attend trade shows and/or local community events. Developing and maintaining personal connections is crucial in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
