Your Tasks
- You will be the core driver to build-up the Sales & Services organization for H-TEC USA - In doing so, you will lead and drive the employees as role model embodying a culture of customer thought leadership
- As part of the senior team of the company, you will drive a culture of customer centricity, ownership and cooperation from project signature to the entire life cycle
- Your objective will be to drive sales growth with a focus on large-scale industrial and renewable electrolyzer systems, while always maintaining a high focus on customer satisfaction
- You will lead and develop a strong international team of professionals in Sales, Business Development, Bid Management and Sales Operations
- You will guide the sales process from lead generation to order signing, ensuring strong deals and commercial success
- Post-project signing, you will oversee the product's field deployment, ensuring its reliable and efficient performance throughout its lifecycle
- You will strategically interact with key people in other functions like Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Project Execution and Supply Chain
- You will represent H-TEC on conferences, panels and speaker engagements
- You have an engineering degree, ideally in industrial engineering with additional commercial education/MBA and preferably special knowledge in the electrolysis business, both on the container and the large-scale plant side
- You bring a broad experience from leading sales / service organizations within the renewable energy sector
- You have deep knowledge in the application of modern tools in sales & business development, key account management and product management
- You will spread your enthusiasm and decision-making skills and combine those with the ability to build trust
- You are customer and sales oriented to the highest degree
- You are a team player and solving for the best of H-TEC as a whole
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident and convincing appearance
- You are a strong negotiator and have the ability to close deals with a solid entrepreneurial thinking and action
