We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to effectively estimate both lighting and switch gear.

Duties

  • Conduct calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Read plans and do takes offs for lighitng and switchgear.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate well with other employees.
  • Provide technical product information and support to customers as needed.
  • Follow up on quotes generated and see about converting them into sales opportunities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or technical sales role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in windows based software.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Familiarity with calling techniques and strategies for lead generation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to read plans and estimate both lighitng and switch gear.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
